This project is approximately 50% renovation and 50% new construction, effectively doubling the size of the old facility. The new building is the main campus entrance and forms a link between the campus and the busiest streets of downtown Plymouth NH. The Arts Center houses the departments of drama, dance, and music. The recital hall is in the space formerly occupied by the old proscenium theater prior to renovation. The laboratory theater inherited a 60' gridiron and wing space from the old proscenium stage.
